                     STUDENT or ADULT PARTICIPATION CONSENT FORM
                is REQUIRED for everyone to PARTICIPATE in BurkeChangers!

 Dates to remember:

• Church Registration:
  - Church / Group Participation Fee increases to $100.
  
  
• Registration DEADLINE: May 13th ($50 per participant fee & Required Forms):
  - Student Participation Consent Form     
  - Adult Participation Consent Form w/ Background Check Confirmation
  
  
• Mandatory Crew Chief Training & Job Dispersion:
  - May 11th 8 a.m to noon (lunch @ CRBA).
  - Rain Date May 25th 8 a.m to noon (lunch @ CRBA).
  
  
• BurkeChangers: 
  - June 2nd-5th 2024 (See schedule for details)
